AMBLEBROOK VIP TOUR
Yesterday, Lisa and I were invited to the “Launch Party” for AMBLEBROOK, Gettysburg’s newest 55+ community. It was a perfect fall day in Adams County and the attendance was excellent. Potential home owners were given the opportunity to hear from the developers and the builders about their plans for the community. They were also treated to a visit form Gettysburg famous visitor, Abe Lincoln. There was time to mingle with local vendors and enjoy a great buffet.
I was particularly impressed when the developer, Robert Karen, threw away his notes and spoke from the heart about AMBLEBROOK as a “life style destination” for the 55+ consumer. You could feel his passion for the project. He also made it clear the amenities are essential to the success of the community and are “fully funded”. The ultimate key to success, the people who choose to be part of this lifestyle and community. The builders were represented by top management and owners from CARUSO and ELEVATE, division of Dan Ryan. They made it clear that AMBLEBROOK represents more than another housing project. They are also fully committed to making this a “world class destination”.
The highlight of the tour was a chance to visit the new sales models from ELEVATE and CARUSO homes. The sales models are several weeks from completion, but you could begin to get a feel for the various designs.
For me, it was a very enlightening day. It was great to see the commitment to the project as well as the quality of people working to make this a reality. As I was leaving, Abe Lincoln drove by me in the parking lot. Now I know what kind of car Able drives!
We did meet several of you during the day. If you were in attendance, let me know what you thought.
Also, the builders and Amblebrook are offering several incentives for the 1st 20 home buyers. If you are interested, contact me and I’ll send you the list and my recommendations.
